Main Framing
Our main framing consists of robust rigid frame members fabricated from high-grade ASTM A 572M steel plate ensuring a minimum yielding strength of 345 N/mm². These components can be engineered to suit various common geometric configurations providing versatile solutions for your structural needs.
Secondary Framing
Secondary framing components, including purlins and girts, are manufactured from high-grade hot-galvanized cold-formed steel conforming to ASTM A 607 Grade 345 N/mm². This ensures exceptional durability and corrosion resistance.
Roof & wall cladding
The panels used in Future Bridges (FB) pre-engineered buildings feature a base metal of either Galvalume or galvanized coated steel. The exterior surface of our painted panels is finished with a 15-micron layer of epoxy primer and a highly durable polyester topcoat. For the interior surface, painted panels receive a 10-micron coating of epoxy primer and a modified polyester or foam finish, providing both protection and aesthetic appeal.
